How Do I Place An Order?

Orders can be placed through out online shop www.etsy.com/shop/SarahsBeeversuk, or alternativly though sending us an email with you requirements.

How do I pay?

All items ordered through etsy can be payed for through their secure website or via paypal. Items ordered directly through our studio can be paid for by bank transfer, paypal or can be listed in our online shop for you to purchase. If you are coming to visit us at the studio we can accept card payments or cash.

What are your shipping fees and times?

Shipping is free on all full priced items and £1 per item on sale Jewellery, items will be posted 1st class. We aim to send out your parcel within 48hrs of recieving your order, however if it is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to send it asap.

Whats is your returns and refunds policy?
If you aren't happy with something you ordered we will be happy to exchange it for something else. We are unable to exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that something should break, we are happy to offer a full refund, exchange or to repair it free of charge.

Can I Visit you?

We love visitors, just let us know when you would like to come.
